Terms of Service

CRUD One is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides heuristic, template-driven code generation based on user-provided inputs. The service is provided as-is and aims to generate runnable, production-adjacent code based on current templates and rules, which evolve over time.

The user interface available at ui.crudone.com provides access to operative screens only—there are no analytics dashboards or non-essential interface layers.

By using CRUD One, you agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the service or its outputs.
  • Resell or sublicense the generated output without clear indication that it was machine-generated and optionally modified.

Access to the service requires valid authentication. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in abuse or automated usage beyond acceptable limits.

CRUD One is currently offered as an alpha/beta-stage tool. Features and behaviors may change without notice.

Privacy Policy

CRUD One respects your privacy and only uses session-level cookies and identifiers necessary to operate the service.

Specifically:

  • Client side session cookies to maintain your UI interaction state.
  • Supabase Auth to store your session token for secure access control.
  • Google Analytics to understand basic usage patterns (e.g., feature popularity). We do not use this data to profile users, serve ads, or share it with third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise use your information for anything beyond service operation. You may request deletion of your user data by contacting us.

Refund Policy

CRUD One offers a free registration to check the tool and a 7-day free trial so you can explore the service before committing.

After subscribing:

  • Monthly plans: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the current month.
  • Annual plans: Cancellations requested within the first 30 days may be eligible for a prorated refund. After 30 days, cancellations take effect at the end of the yearly term.
  • Lifetime plans: No refunds are available once payment is confirmed, but access will continue as long as CRUD One remains operational.

Corporate clients: Pricing is tailored to specific usage agreements and governed by a mutual NDA. Monthly or yearly billing applies per contract, and the same refund terms apply unless otherwise specified.

To request cancellation or a refund, please email us directly. Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and may take up to 10 business days to process.
