This policy explains how to delete your CrudOne account and associated data.
How to delete your account
- Sign in at https://crudone.com/.
- Open Account (your email in the top bar).
- Under Delete account, type
DELETEand confirm.
That action:
- Removes paired watch devices and pairing codes for your account on CrudOne.
- Requests deletion of product data stored by our apps for your user id (configuration, positions, lists, profile content, and related files where applicable).
- Signs you out and clears the session cookie.
What may remain
- Short-lived technical logs needed for security and operations (not used as a product profile).
- Data Garmin holds about Connect IQ downloads or purchases — manage that through your Garmin account.
- If you used a third-party identity provider, you may also remove access from that provider’s account settings.
After deletion
Deletion is intended to be permanent for data we control. You can create a new account later; previous product data will not be restored.
