This Privacy Policy describes how CrudOne (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our websites and companion apps for Garmin watches (the “Services”).
Information we collect
- Account data — email address, display name, and authentication data when you create or sign in to an account.
- Device pairing data — a device identifier, short pairing codes, and device tokens used to link a watch to your account.
- App configuration and content you save — settings and data you enter in a product (for example lists, positions, or profile fields), so that content can sync to your watch.
- Technical logs — basic request logs (time, path, status) needed to operate and secure the Services. We do not sell personal data.
How we use information
- To provide sign-in, pairing, sync, and product features you request.
- To keep the Services secure and reliable.
- To communicate about account or service issues when needed.
Where data is processed
Services are hosted on our infrastructure and may use third-party authentication or infrastructure providers under contract. Market data shown in some products is obtained from third-party public sources and is not personal data about you.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Services (hosting, auth), when required by law, or with your direction (for example installing a build you download).
Retention
We keep account and app data while your account is active. You may delete your account and associated data as described in our Data Deletion policy.
Your choices
- Update account details while signed in.
- Unpair devices from your account.
- Delete your account and data from the account page.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country).
