These Terms of Use govern access to CrudOne websites and companion apps for Garmin devices (the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these terms.
The Services
CrudOne provides web tools and Garmin Connect IQ apps. Some features are free; others may be offered as a one-time paid unlock through the Garmin Connect IQ store when available. Features and device support may change as platforms evolve.
Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You may delete your account as described in the Data Deletion policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Services (including attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer in violation of law, abuse APIs, or access another user’s data). We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or risk to the platform.
Third-party platforms
Watch apps run on Garmin devices and may require the Garmin Connect IQ platform and a phone connection. Garmin’s terms and privacy policies apply to Garmin software and store purchases. Network features require a connection through your phone or compatible device.
Purchases
If a paid unlock is offered, payment is processed by Garmin according to the Connect IQ store rules for your region. Refunds, if any, follow Garmin’s policies.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Market or other third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrudOne is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on data shown in the Services. See also our Financial Disclaimer where market-related features apply.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we revise them.
